Hall Chadwick in merger talks

PERTH accounting firms Hall Chadwick and Brandsma & Crockett are conducting merger negotiations to form WA's biggest second tier player.

Hall Chadwick is largely focused on audit and insolvency, while Brandsma & Crockett is better known for its work in tax and business services.

Hall Chadwick partner Kim Strickland said the arrangements between the parties were not finalised but staff and some clients had been informed of the talks.
