HIGH level departures continue at Perth-based Iluka Resources Ltd, with chief financial officer David Grant resigning to take up a non-executive director’s role at iiNet Ltd. His departure follows that of former chief executive Mike Folwell, who left six weeks ago, coinciding with the announcement of his replacement, David Robb, who starts next week after quitting as head of Wesfarmers Ltd energy division after 11 years with the company. Iluka will commence the search for a new CFO after Mr Robb commences work on October 18. Mr Grant will replace Auckland-based iiNet director Keith Goodall as chair of the company’s audit and risk committee, after Mr Goodall steps down at the end of October, following the sale of iiNet’s NZ subsidiary, ihug Ltd. Mr Grant will continue in his current position until early January.
