Vmoto director and former executive chairman Russell Goodman has withdrawn his attempt to dump Trevor Beazley from the Perth-based scooter retailer's board.
Mr Goodman put forward the resolution after significant shareholder Patrick Davin requested a meeting to discuss the removal of Mr Goodman as a company director, just days after he was dumped as executive chairman.
Vmoto shares hit a year-long low January 20, after one of its significant Melbourne-based shareholders reduced their stake in the company from 7.98 per cent to 6.44 per cent.
At 03:25PM today Vmoto was trading at 6 cents.
