THE Australian Red Cross is holding a Silver Corporate Charity Golf Challenge at the prestigious Lake Karrinyup Country Club on Friday November 18.The event gives golfing enthusiasts the opportunity to do good for the community while improving their handicap. The Silver Corporate Golf Challenge is the second of a series of three Olympic golf events being held by the Australian Red Cross and Corporate Golf International. The Silver Corporate Challenge will include food, refreshments and 18 holes of golf, followed by a two-course dinner, including pre-dinner drinks. “Golf is a great way for business networking and this event will provide an excellent opportunity for a social game with like-minded individuals,” Corporate Golf International tournament director Barrie Whyte said. Registration costs $175 per person with a limit of four players per group. Entries will close when a maximum field of 20 teams is reached. There are lots of great prizes to be won, including a $5,000 raffle, trophies and prizes kindly donated by sponsors.
