Golden Sedayu introduces latest expression of riverfront residences at Burswood Point
Golden Sedayu is preparing to unveil Mayfair Residences, the next collection of luxury apartments at Burswood Point, as its vision for Perth’s emerging waterfront neighbourhood continues to take shape.
Positioned between the Swan River and Belmont Park Racecourse, Mayfair will extend the residential offering at the 38-hectare Burswood Point development, just 3.5 kilometres from Perth’s CBD.
Developed by Golden Sedayu in collaboration with award-winning Cottee Parker Architects, Golden Sedayu Managing Director Andrew Sugiaputra said that Mayfair marks the next stage in the evolution of apartment living at Burswood Point.
“Mayfair is building on the foundations established by Somerset East and West while offering buyers another opportunity to secure a home in this distinctive riverfront setting,” Mr Sugiaputra said.
“With Somerset under construction, people are beginning to see our vision for a connected waterfront neighbourhood. Burswood Point is where architecture, landscape and lifestyle work together, and Mayfair is an important part of that vision,” Mr Sugiapura said.
Cottee Parker Perth Principal Nic MacCormac said the focus has been to create a residential offering that responds to the unique setting of Burswood Point.
“Working closely with Golden Sedayu, our approach to the architecture was to emphasise the relationship between the Swan River, Belmont Park Racecourse and the wider landscape via outlook, amenity and indoor and outdoor living. Mayfair is an opportunity to translate that setting into a distinctive residential experience,” Mr MacCormac said.
Somerset’s two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses set the standard for Mayfair, with generous 2.9 metre ceilings and wrap-around glazing framing sweeping views across the river, racecourse, Perth Hills and Optus Stadium, and open-plan living areas that extend onto expansive balconies designed for year-round entertaining.
Interiors include island benches, walk-in sculleries and premium Gaggenau appliances, complemented by engineered timber flooring, reconstituted stone benchtops and designer tapware throughout.
Residents will have access to a suite of wellness and entertaining amenities, including a 20-metre infinity pool and spa, gymnasium, yoga studio, sauna, private dining and lounge facilities and an elevated observation deck overlooking the racecourse.

Mayfair will introduce its own collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, alongside a full-floor luxury penthouse. Contemporary, understated architecture will complement the surrounding landscape, with residences designed to make the most of the river, racecourse and wider Perth outlooks.
“The Swan River and Belmont Park Racecourse provide an extraordinary setting for Mayfair. We want the architecture and residences to respond to that environment, with outlooks and shared spaces that make the most of the location,” Mr Sugiaputra said.
Exclusive amenities are spread over three levels, catering to both everyday living and entertaining. The ground floor will feature an executive business lounge and work-from-home pods, while the Level 3 podium will bring together an infinity pool, warm and cold plunge pools, gymnasium and yoga deck.
Indoor-outdoor lounge, dining and barbecue areas will provide spaces for residents to gather, with outlooks across the river and racecourse. On Level 17, a sky lounge will offer multiple relaxation and dining areas for residents to enjoy with family and friends.
Beyond its apartment offering, Burswood Point is also catering for buyers seeking a green-title riverfront home. Currently under construction, the River and Garden Homes offer an architecturally designed residence without independently coordinating architects, builders and other consultants.

Burswood Point River Homes
Designed by DKO Architects and delivered by Urbane, the limited collection of two- and three-storey, four-bedroom River Homes offers direct access to the Swan River and a close connection to the landscaped foreshore.
The Garden Homes provide an alternative residential offering within the masterplan, with architecturally designed two-storey residences arranged around landscaped gardens, green corridors and neighbourhood parks.
Designed by Space Collective Architects and delivered by C U Building Group, the homes feature private courtyards and front gardens, with rooftop terrace options available, creating a balance of private outdoor living and connection to the wider landscape.
As construction and landscaping works progress across the site, Burswood Point is beginning to reveal how residents will connect with green spaces, the river and pathways linking the wider neighbourhood.
Golden Sedayu’s coordinated masterplan brings together residential precincts, public open space, hospitality, retail and future lifestyle amenities as part of a connected waterfront neighbourhood.
Planned to accommodate approximately 4,500 dwellings, the masterplan includes more than 110,000 square metres of parks and public open space, alongside 2.5 kilometres of riverfront foreshore.
“What makes Burswood Point different is the opportunity to create an entire waterfront neighbourhood through one coordinated masterplan. We’re not simply delivering individual residences; we’re creating the public spaces, connections and future amenities that will help bring this part of Perth to life,” Mr Sugiaputra said.
“Mayfair, Somerset and our riverfront homes each contribute to that vision, offering different ways to live in a location that has enormous benefits for residents and the wider Perth community,” he said.
Somerset residences are priced from $1.375 million for two-bedroom apartments and $2.32 million for three-bedroom residences. River Homes start from $4.5 million and Garden Homes from $3.25 million.
With completion of the first residences on track for late 2027 and early 2028, Burswood Point is offering buyers the opportunity to secure a home within a vibrant community of like-minded owner-occupiers and downsizers.
