Property records show the Franco family acquired the 1,600-square metre vacant site on Victoria Avenue, adding it to their other five Dalkeith assets in March.
Having bought the block for $7.85 million in 2011 through the entity 156 Investments from Rosanna De Campo, RP Data shows Ms Rinehart listed the site in 2015, 2024, 2025 and again this year.
One of the blocks next door is home to a historic mansion - once home to her father Lang Hancock.
