Get A Life, You Deserve It

On Tuesday August 12, 8M Media and Communications is conducting a half day seminar entitled Get A Life, You Deserve It – Achieving Work/Life Balance, at the WA Club from 9:00am to 12:30pm.

Designed for people who feel their current work/life goals are not clear or are out of balance, the seminar will help participants achieve lasting and positive change both in and out of work, by providing practical solutions to finding the best work/life balance in a busy and demanding world.

The seminar will cover areas such as understanding the challenge of change; identifying where you are in the change process; strategies to avoid change burnout; eight techniques to maximise change; making personal change happen; and the benefits of a good work/life balance.

Presenters for the seminar are 8M Media and Communications principal Thomas Murrell, who is an award winning broadcaster, international business speaker and media consultant and Coachroad director Jessie Ladyman who is an organisational psychologist and professional coach.

Registration for the seminar can be made with 8M Media and Communications for $345 per person. The first 15 people to register will also receive a Talk About Success CD valued at $27.50 and a free follow-up personal coaching session valued at $250.
