On February 27 and 28, the Institute for International Research are running a conference entitled The Fundamentals of Gas to Liquids Technologies, Markets and Economics, at the Rendezvous Observation City Hotel.
The conference has been designed for people from both a technical and non-technical involvement in the petroleum, gas, energy or chemicals industries, and is an ideal forum to learn about Gas to Liquids for the first time, to expand on existing knowledge or to gain a perspective on the important issues and opportunities relating to Gas to Liquids in an interactive seminar environment.
During the conference the opportunities and challenges of adding value to natural gas will be covered, along with descriptions of various Gas to Liquids products, their production processes, necessary scale of operations, market implications and environmental benefits, as well as the current status of the technologies, their commercial viability and what is happening with major Gas to Liquids plants in Australia and globally.
