The City of Fremantle will host Western Australia’s first major international environmental film festival, starting tomorrow.
Fremantle, which was recently named as one of 10 top cities in the world by travel guide Lonely Planet, will screen 15 movies marketed as thought-provoking films with sustainability messages from Friday October 30 to Sunday November 1.
The One Planet Film Festival, to be held at the University of Notre Dame Australia, is part of One Planet Fest-a Con, which features 29 events across three weeks (from October 23 until November 8).
The film festival will feature documentaries and feature films from Italy and countries in North and South America and Scandinavia, as well as live music and cultural activities.
