Franchise Council of Australia WA Chapter State Conference

The Franchise Council of Australia’s (FCA) Western Australian Chapter is holding its State Conference on May 20 at The Vines Resort and Country Club. The conference is themed ‘Building Bridges – the key to franchising success’, and aims to provide information and useful solutions for people at different stages of franchising. Presentations include: - Creating the best environment for franchising, by FCA chief executive officer Richard Evans; - Re-engineering your business for growth, by Tom Potter from Eagle Boys Pizza; - Constructing the road to success – the Gloria Jeans Coffees story; - Characteristics of successful franchisees, by 2002 Australian franchisee of the year Chris Botham (Dymocks); and - Taking your franchise from good to great, by Australian franchisor of the year John O’Brien (PoolWerx). There will also be a selection of roundtable topics, workshops and hypotheticals. Registration is $295 for FCA members and $385 for non-members, with group discounts available.
