The Franchise Council of Australia’s (FCA) Western Australian Chapter is holding its State Conference on May 20 at The Vines Resort and Country Club.
The conference is themed ‘Building Bridges – the key to franchising success’, and aims to provide information and useful solutions for people at different stages of franchising.
Presentations include:
- Creating the best environment for franchising, by FCA chief executive officer Richard Evans;
- Re-engineering your business for growth, by Tom Potter from Eagle Boys Pizza;
- Constructing the road to success – the Gloria Jeans Coffees story;
- Characteristics of successful franchisees, by 2002 Australian franchisee of the year Chris Botham (Dymocks); and
- Taking your franchise from good to great, by Australian franchisor of the year John O’Brien (PoolWerx).
There will also be a selection of roundtable topics, workshops and hypotheticals.
