Fleetwood Corporation subsidiary Modular Building Systems and national construction company Hansen Yuncken have been awarded a contract with the New South Wales government.
Fleetwood said MBS's subcontract with Hansen Yuncken over the course of the 2020 and 2021 financial years is valued at approximately $35 million.
Commenting on the recent award was Fleetwood managing director Brad Denison.
“Hansen Yuncken’s and Fleetwood’s contract award is a testament to the quality of our offering and strength of MBS,” Mr Denison said.
“Importantly, MBS has enabled Fleetwood to expand its footprint in the NSW market and supports Fleetwood to continue being a market leader throughout Australia.”
Fleetwood said more information about the contract will be disclosed in an announcement from the NSW government.
Shares in Fleetwood Corporation are down 1.49 per cent to trade at $1.98 per share, as at 4:10pm AEDT.
