Fini sets the standard

ONE developer synonymous with the surge in inner city living from the beginning is the Fini Group.

The company has been involved in a number of developments in East Perth such as South Cove at Royal Street, Aqua Vista on Brown Street and Majestic Quay which is currently under construction.

The Fini Group is in the process of stretching its portfolio further with the development of the Panorama apartments on Terrace Road, next to the Hyatt Hotel in East Perth.

According to selling agent Colliers Jardine’s John Lagdon, the development will be one of the most exciting new residential buildings to come onto the market in the next few years.

The first stage will comprise fifty-six apartments ranging from one-bedroom apartments starting at $270,000 up to a penthouse on the seventeenth floor with an asking price of about $2 million.

In total, around 250 apartments will be developed.

Mr Lagdon said he was already receiving strong inquires for the development.

“This development, together with Majestic Quay, has seen the Fini Group take a large portion of the luxury apartment market in East Perth,” Mr Lagdon said.
