Farsands takes controlling APP stake

FARSANDS Solutions, a WA-based risk management consultancy, has acquired a controlling interest in the Perth-based project, property and events management company, APP (WA). Farsands bought 66 per cent of APP in a conditional agreement in which the company expects to settle in the near future. Farsands, which operates the wholly owned project management subsidiary CliftonConey and health and safety group MPL, has also recently established an office in Durban, South Africa, to pursue development in that country.
