Family Business Australia presents its annual conference on Thursday May 5 at the Bluewater Function Centre, Duncraig Road, Applecross.
The conference provides an opportunity to gain valuable information to help support family businesses in an environment of shared experiences and networking.
The program includes:
- ‘Professionalising your family business’, presented by Russell Garvey and Craig Faulkner from Horwath Chartered Accountants and Business Consultants, AHG director Michelle Wheatley Harris Harvey Beef chairman Mark Hughes and Jah Roc Furniture owner Gary Bennett.
- ‘Taking your business to the world’, presented by ineedhits CEO Jackie Bayer Shirvington.
- ‘No family is an island – what about your other employees?’ presented by UWA lecturer Donella Caspersz and MG Kailis director George Kailis.
- ‘Overload or Smorgasbord – get your business and personal life organised’ presented by Organised 1st managing director Graham Reid.
The 2005 WA Family Business Awards will also be launched at the end of the conference.
