WENDY Campbell, director of four-person 14-year-old leadership coaching and transformational change facilitator, The Glastonbury Company, believes her goal as an employer is to treat staff as she would like them to treat her.
“So I am loyal and extremely committed to their [the staff’s] working satisfaction as well as to their lives outside work,” she said.
“We have a very low staff turnover, and believe in sharing whatever situations come along, the wonderful and the challenging.
“And my employees’ families are always welcome in our workplace, including my office manager’s three-year-old son who, in some ways, is the wisest of all of us.”
