BUSINESS advisors have been given $7 million worth of help to improve GST skills.
The majority of the money will go to TEO Training, an Australian subsidiary of New Zealand-based CPD Training.
TEO is contracted to develop a curriculum and seminars to train non-tax experts who commonly give advice to small and medium-sized businesses.
More than 400 courses in over 60 locations Australia-wide, including rural and remote areas will run from mid-January to mid-May.
