Resolving Disputes Breakfast Seminar

On Tuesday March 25, Perth based lawyers Feinauer and Associates are holding a breakfast seminar entitled, Resolving Disputes – Admissions, ‘Without Prejudice’ Communications and Privileged Information, at their offices at Level 3, Parmelia House, 191 St Georges Terrace, Perth.

The seminar will feature Francis Burt Chambers, barrister, Richard McCormack, a highly regarded barrister and distinguished lecturer who will analyse aspects of reaching a compromise in a dispute and will discuss in particular, having the terms of a dispute incorporated into a consent judgement; the estoppel effect of a consent judgement; the effect of admissions made in a compromise; without prejudice communications; and privileged information.

This seminar will provide an invaluable opportunity for attendees to gain further insight into what is an often misunderstood area of law, and will be followed by a question and answer session where guests will be invited to ask Mr McCormack questions.

Attendance to the breakfast is free of charge, reservations can be made by contacting 9420 8100 or by emailing lana@feinauer.com.au.
