Events - Leading Change with Professor John Kotter

On Friday February 27, Conference Action in association with the Australian Human Resources Institute, are conducting a one day seminar entitled Leading Change: What Leaders Really Do, in the Octagon Theatre at the University of Western Australia.

The seminar will feature Harvard Business School, Professor of Leadership, John Kotter, who was voted the number 1 Leadership and Change Guru by Business Week USA, and is widely acknowledged as one of the world’s leading authorities on leadership and change.

The seminar will focus on the differences between leadership and management in facilitating change, and has been designed to ensure sustainable and cascading leadership and change by utilising Professor Kotters eight stages of change.

Attendees at the seminar will learn to recognise how leadership relates to change and that it must distinguish itself from management, use proven techniques and tips for leading change and identify the critical elements of change.
