The Australian Institute of Company Directors is holding a director’s luncheon on the topic of the energy debate, April 17 at the Duxton Hotel. The main issue to be discussed is what the energy debate means for directors. The discussion will highlight immediate and future energy requirements in Australia and consequent challenges for businesses and industries. A panel of experts will provide their thoughts and views on the topic at hand. Panellists include: Brad Page – CEO, Energy Supply Association of Australia; Tony Iannello – director, SP Ausnet; Michael Smith – chairman, Synergy; Erica Smyth – chairperson, Nova Energy Ltd; and Richard Begley – senior consultant, ACIL Tasman.
