Perth-based LionOre Australia (Nickel) Limited has moved a significant step forward in its plan to develop the Emily Ann nickel sulphide project in WA.
The company has negotiated a long-term off-take agreement with Inco Limited for the sale of nickel concentrate from the wholly-owned Emily Ann project.
In addition, a $25 million limited recourse financing facility from the Canadian nickel producer has been concluded.
It provides LionOre with the right, subject to certain terms and conditions, to include its share of any nickel concentrates that may be produced from the neighbouring Maggie Hays sulphide deposit.
