Emerson Stewart appoints CFO

Emerson Stewart Group Limited, which is aiming to list on the ASX in June, today announced the
appointment of Rod Smith as its Chief Financial Officer.

As a qualified CPA Rod brings a large amount of industry experience gained across various senior Financial
and Accounting roles with RioTinto, Worley Parsons and, most recently GRD Minproc.

In making the announcement, Dario Amara, Emerson Stewart's Chief Executive commented that he was
delighted that someone with Rod's background and experience had joined the team as it moved to its
public listing and next phase of its growth strategy.
