Subiaco-based miner ElDore Mining Corporation has announced the appointment of an internationally experienced director as chairman and director of the company effective immediately.
Anthony Robert Hamilton, a fellow of the Institute of Directors in London and previously chief executive of a London-based international mining outfit, has extensive public company and corporate governance experience with both Australian and international resource expertise across multiple continents.
Meanwhile, Andrew Waller has resigned as chairman of the board with immediate effect.

CHAIRMAN APPOINTMENT
The Board of ElDore Mining Corporation Limited (ASX: EDM, "the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony Robert Hamilton as Chairman and Director effective immediately.
Mr Hamilton is a fellow of the Institute of Directors in London and previously CEO of an International Mining company based in London.
He has extensive public company and corporate governance experience with both Australian and International resource expertise in Gold, Diamonds, Oil & Gas and base metals, having established operations in Africa, North America and Australia.
The Company also advises Mr Andrew Waller has resigned as Chairman with immediate effect and the Board wishes to thank him for his invaluable service during his tenure.
To reflect the company's change in development and further to recent ASX announcements with the Kurnalpi project, Burkina Faso farm out and the PNG Copper project farmin, additional appointments to the Board are being considered.
