El Caballo hotly chased

SERIOUS interest from several players has been expressed in purchasing the El Caballo resort, loca-ted 45 minutes east of Perth.

The 121 hectare land and resort property is being sold by Colliers Jardine by expressions of interest closing on 18 June.

The property in-cludes a new 18 hole golf course and existing resort catering for 64 accommodation units in the main resort, and a mansion.
