Eagle approved in US

A WA-built plane has received airworthiness certificates from both the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand and the US Federal Aviation Administration.

The approval means the Eagle 150 model can be sold as a fully built plane to New Zea-land training schools and recreational pilots.

Eagle Aircraft CEO Nor Manshor Ghafar said the New Zealand certification combined with FAA approval added significantly to the company’s international corporate credibility.
