EAST Perth Redevelopment Authority will auction five lots in The Village Northbridge development on February 26.
Three vacant development sites and two existing buildings, suitable for commercial, retail or office buildings, will be going under the hammer in EPRA’s first auction of 2003.
p a 555sqm site on 303 William Street;
p a 548sqm site on 305-309 William Street.
p a 523sqm corner development site on 255-257 Newcastle Street;
p three vacant shops of 263sqm and a total land area of 500sqm on 259-263 Newcastle Street (property of heritage value); and
p a fully refurbished office premises (heritage listed) of 84sqm and total land area of 378sqm at 66 Aberdeen Street
EPRA chief executive Tony Morgan said the market had responded well to commercial, mixed use and residential properties in 2002 and demand was expected to continue and improve in 2003.
