E-Shares issues prospectus

PERTH-based tax effective funds management company E-Shares Corporation Ltd is distributing its prospectus by CD-ROM.

The company offers the services of an online investment bank and share trading company.

An E-Shares spokesman said shareholders would benefit from free stock market research, an investment that is free of capital gains tax through the use of a pooled development fund structure, and special access to investment proposals and initial public offerings.
