MORE than $1 million extra funds is being provided to Western Australian families that have children with disabilities.
The money comes from the WA Government and the services include physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech patholoty.
The services will be provided by:
Autism Association of WA ($37,182);
ISADD ($18,591);
Cerebral Palsy Association of WA ($127,264);
Kids are Kids ($13,050);
Therapy Focus ($235,992);
Speech and Hearing Centre ($52,200);
Rocky Bay Inc ($43,338); and
SECCA ($6,550.
The Disability Services Commission’s Individual and Family Support Program has also received $289,044 for the metropolitan area and $223,223 in the country regions.
