Port Bouvard Ltd chief executive officer, Ross Neumann, has increased his indirect interest in the company through the off-market acquisition of 1.5 million shares for a cost of $2.6 million. Mr Neumann now owns 15.6 million shares in the company valued at $27.8 million. Aspermont Ltd executive director and executive chairman, Andrew Kent, has decreased his direct and indirect interest in the company through an off-market sale pursuant to another obligation of four million shares at 10 cents each. Mr Kent then sold 100,000 shares realising $38,000 in an on-market trade. He now holds 110 million shares valued at $46 million. Apex Minerals NL non-executive chairman Kim Robinson has increased his direct interest in the company through the on market purchase of 500,000 shares at a value of $390,781. He now owns 5.5 million shares in the base and precious metals explorer, valued at $4.7 million.
