Monarch Gold Mining Ltd director Michael Kiernan has increased his direct and indirect interest in the company through a non-renounceable entitlement offer at $0.25 per share, which issued Mr Kiernan 8.1 million shares valued at $2 million. He now holds over 40 million shares in the company worth $12.5 million. Bannerman Resources non-executive chairman Alastair Clayton and non-executive director Clive Jones have decreased their indirect interest in the company by disposing of 500,000 shares each, valued at $1.5 million, through an off-market trade. Mr Jones now holds 12.5 million shares valued at $39 million. Mr Clayton then acquired 100,000 worth $285,000, and now owns 300,000 shares worth $930,000. Jindalee Resources Ltd managing director Lindsay Dudfield increased his interest in the company through the exercise of unlisted options by 1 million shares at a value of $350,000. He now holds 4.7 million shares worth $9.5 million. Non-executive director Richard Scott exercised 750,164 unlisted options valued at $625,000 and now holds 4.5 million shares worth $9.2 million.
