Neptune Marine Services executive director Clive Langley has sold the bulk of his stock, fetching $5.4 million. Neptune Marine said Mr Langley agreed to sell 7 million of his 8.9 million shares after the group experienced significant demand for its shares during a recent capital raising. The company Mr Langley agreed to sell stock after the group continued to receive institutional demand. Mr Langley sold his shares at an average price of 82 cents. Carnarvon Petroleum chief executive Ted Jacobson was one of several executives in the company to increase his holding in the company through a recent placement and employee share plan. Mr Jacobson bought 9 million shares, taking the total number of ordinary shares he owns to 20.8 million. Mr Jacobson purchased 3 million shares at 7.7 cents each as part of a placement and acquired 6 million shares at 9 cents each under the company’s employee share plan.
