Uran Ltd managing director Catherine Hobbs has taken an indirect interest in the company by acquiring four million shares at a value of $600,000. Ms Hobbs was appointed to managing director of the company on August 1. Cooper Energy Ltd executive director Greg Hancock acquired one million shares from option conversion, before deposing two million shares to the value of $1 million. He now holds 2.6 million shares worth $1.4 million. Minara Resources Ltd non-executive directors, Ivan Galsenberg and Willy Strothotte, both increased their indirect interests in the company by acquiring 486,500 shares at a value of $1.25 million. Mr Galsenberg and Mr Strothotte are both directors of Glencore International AG, which has a 50.79 per cent stake in the company.
