Directors’ Interests

CRESCENT Gold Ltd executive director Neil O’Loughlin has paid $840,000 to exercise his 4.67 million unlisted options. He now holds almost 10 million shares plus 2 million sub-ordinated convertible notes for a total stake worth $3.1 million. FALCON Minerals Ltd managing director Richard Diermajer has boosted his interest in the company by acquiring 400,000 shares to the value of $100,901. He now holds 1.38 million shares worth $331,920. NEWLAND Resources Ltd executive director Christian West has bought 3 million shares in the company for $300,000. Mr West now has more than 10 million shares with a market value of $1.2 million. WENTWORTH Mutual executive director Kingsley Lamont has boosted his shares in the company after purchasing 8.02 million shares on June 21 for $192,967 and 2.26 million shares on June 13 for $51,161. Mr Lamont currently holds 78.26 million shares worth $1.88 million. Chairman and non-executive director Colin Cowden has also increased his shares in the company, buying 1 million shares for $22,000. Mr Cowden takes his total holding to 26.66 million shares, valued at $639,840.
