

Advanced Engine Components Ltd directors Thomas Liu and William Lee have increased their indirect interests in the company by 5.5 million shares by way of a conversion of debt instrument for a consideration of $750,000 each. Both Mr Liu and Mr Lee now hold 55.3 million shares each after the change. Alto Energy International Ltd’s non-executive director Charles Morgan has increased his indirect interest in the company by 5 million shares through on-market trade for a consideration of $454,950. After the change, Mr Morgan now holds a direct interest of 9.2 million shares and 9.7 million options and an indirect interest of 5.8 million shares. Apex Minerals NL director Stephen Stone has reduced his direct and indirect interests in the company by 2 million fully paid ordinary shares through on-market trade for a consideration of $597,497. Following the disposal, Mr Stone now holds 2.8 million fully paid ordinary shares and 8 million partly paid ordinary shares. Pursuant to the successful takeover by Antofagasta plc, directors at Tethyan Copper Company Ltd have reduced their direct and indirect interests in the company after their resignation from the board. Former managing director David Moore has reduced his direct interest by 1.3 million shares and indirect interest by 216,253 shares in the company for $2.2 million, leaving Mr Moore with 750,000 executive options and 100,000 seed options. Former non-executive directors Brian Lynn and Peter Mansell have reduced their direct and indirect interests by 156,988 shares and 100,000 shares respectively for a consideration of $219,783 and $140,000.
