Giralia Resources NL’s managing director Michael Joyce has increased his indirect interest in the company through the exercise of 1.5 million employees options for a consideration of $312,000. Mr Joyce also disposed of 700,000 shares in the company for a consideration of $412,220. Mr Joyce now holds 2.1 million shares. Monitor Holdings Ltd’s non-executive chairman Scott Spencer has increased his indirect interest in the company by eight million shares in a settlement of acquisition of interest in White Valley Oil LLC for a consideration of $224,000. Mr Spencer now holds eight million shares. Sub-Sahara Resources NL’s chairman and director Henry David Kennedy has reduced his indirect interests in the company by 8.51 million shares through on-market sales for a consideration of $708,860. Mr Kennedy holds 71.5 million securities after the change. Kimberley Diamond Company NL’s executive director Karl Simich and executive chairman Miles Kennedy have reduced their direct and indirect interests in the company by 500,000 shares each through on-market trades for a consideration of $950,000 each. Mr Simich and Mr Kennedy now hold 3.9 million and 3.7 million securities respectively.
