Jeff Chatfield increased his indirect interest in Skywest through the acquisition of two million ordinary shares, by way of the on-market purchase of 250,000 shares and the exercise of options for 1.75 million shares, for a total consideration of $404,400. As a result of the transaction his interest in the company is 62,595,000 shares. Adamus Resources director Mark Bojanjac increased his interest in the company by one million fully paid ordinary shares for a consideration of $250,000 through the exercise of option entitlements, leaving his interest in the company at 1,772,100 shares. He also disposed of 59,000 shares as a result of him ceasing to be a director of a holding company. His holding in the company at the conclusion of these transactions is 1,258,191 shares.Mark Ashley reduced his holding in Kagara Zinc when he disposed of 500,000 ordinary fully paid shares through on-market trade for a consideration of $1,521,800, leaving his interest in the company at 451,000 shares.Western Areas director David Cooper reduced his interest in the company when he sold 136,500 fully paid ordinary shares for a consideration of $323,500 through on-market trade. His interest in the company post this transaction is 560,600 shares.
