Decmil Group non-executive director Denis Criddle has disposed of 3.5 million shares in the engineering and construction firm in off-market trade, to raise $10.1 million. Mr Criddle is a company founder who stepped down as board chair late last year to make way for former Monadelphous CFO Giles Everist. He has cashed in at a time when Decmil’s share price is almost double what it was at this time last year. Mr Criddle retains a 10 per cent stake of 18.7 million shares in the company that is currently worth $56.7 million.
