ASG Group managing director and CEO Geoff Lewis has paid nearly $280,000 for just less than 550,000 shares in the company to take his holding to more than 18.5 million shares. The computer software and services company was recently appointed joint preferred tenderer for the state government’s new shared corporate services system. Nexus Energy’s Michael Fowler also lifted his stake in the oil and gas explorer to 1.54 million shares via the acquisition of 200,000 shares for $104,000. Sellers included producer Nido Petroleum chairman Gregor Dixon, who made $180,000 via the sale the 1,000,000 shares in the company, reducing his holding to 2,250,000 shares.
