South Boulder Mines executive director Liam Cornelius has exercised 1.9 million options to acquire shares at a cost of 20 cents each, bringing his total stake in the resources explorer to 8.2 million shares. With the company’s shares currently trading at $2.78 each, his stake is valued at $22.8 million. In another transaction a few days earlier, managing director David Hughes exercised 500,000 20-cent options and increased his stake in the company to 1.17 million shares. His portfolio is now worth about $2.96 million.
Mermaid Marine Australia managing director Jeffrey Weber has sold 400,000 shares in the marine logistics services provider to raise about $1.3 million. He retains an interest of 877,153 shares in the company worth $2.8 million.
