Monadelphous Group managing director Robert Velletri has exercised 125,000 options to acquire shares at a cost of $10 each, bringing his total stake in the engineering and construction group to 2.25 million shares. With the company’s shares currently trading at $19.49 each, his stake is valued at almost $44 million.
Wesfarmers managing director Richard Goyder has acquired 46,723 shares at a cost of $1.45 million. The shares represent the mandatory deferral of part of his annual incentive payment into restricted shares. This increases his stake to 816,916 shares worth $25 million.
