Rusina Mining Ltd managing director Robert Gregory has increased his interest in the company through the exercise of 3 million options at $0.16 a total cost of $492,000. On the announcement day, the exercise price was identical to the market price. Mr Gregory now owns 3.2 million shares in the mining company valued at a total of $514,532. MEC Resources Ltd executive director David Breeze has increased his stake in the North Perth-based company through a rights issue of 5 million shares at a total cost of $253,607. Mr Breeze now owns 10 million shares in the explorer, valued at $504,100. Chairman Hock Goh increased his stake by 6.3 million through the rights issue and a payment for director service, valued at a total $155,004. Non-executive directors Kah On Yap increased his stake by 2 million shares through the rights issue, valued at $100,000 and Lim Chin Tong by 1.4 million shares at $68,750.
