Swick Mining Services Ltd managing director Kent Swick has decreased his direct an indirect interest in the drilling services company through the sale of 14 million shares for $19.8 million as part of a $40 million sell-down by the Swick family. Mr Swick now owns 26 million shares valued at $50 million on the announcement day share price. Essa Australia Ltd director Patrick Rafferty has decreased his indirect interest in the company through the on-market sale of 620,000 shares at $756,400. He now owns 420,000 shares worth $504,000 on the announcement day share price. Pancontinental Oil & Gas NL chairman and director Henry Kennedy has increased his interest in the petroleum explorer by acquiring 16.5 million shares for $992,183 through participation in a rights issue. He now owns 154 million shares valued at $9 million on the announcement day share price. Finbar Group Ltd managing director John Chan has increased his indirect interest in the company by 607,793 shares at $493,885 as part of a dividend reinvestment plan allocation. Mr Chan now owns 18.7 million shares valued $15.5 million on the announcement day share price.
