Anthony Poli of Aquila Resources increased his direct holding in the company by 15.125 million fully paid ordinary shares by way of a bonus issue to all shareholders and an exercise of options. As a result of the transaction, his interest in the company now stands at 26,145,105 shares. Consideration was $3.125 million. Edward Nealon and Michael Langoulant have both increased their direct holdings of fully paid ordinary shares in Dwyka Diamonds by one million shares. The consideration was one dollar per share and the transaction doubles the holdings of both directors in the company to two million shares. The shares were allocated under the Dwyka Diamonds share plan. Baraka Petroleum director Shane Doherty has decreased his indirect holdings in the company by 3.5 million shares in a single off-market transaction for a consideration of $1.05 million. This reduces his holding in the company to 26 million shares. Patrick Rafferty, director of Essa Australia, has reduced his holding of ordinary shares in the company by way of an on-market transaction of 3,872,416 shares for a consideration of $968,861. His current holding in the company now stands at 482,273 shares.
