Belmont-based Diploma Group has secured $32 million in new contracts, with work to cover a Riverton shopping centre and a mixed use development in Northbridge.
The company will construct a one storey extension, upgrade the car park and refurbish the Stockland shopping centre in Riverton over four stages within a 12 month program.
Diploma will also work on the four storey, mixed use development in Northbridge know as 'Ottimo', which is being developed by the Match Group.
Work on the project has already started, and will consist of 23 apartments and three offices.
Shares in Diploma were untraded at 20c at 13:28 AEDT.

Diploma Group Limited (ASX:DGX) announced today that its subsidiary, Diploma Construction (WA) Pty Ltd, has been successful in winning a contract to extend and refurbish the Stockland shopping centre in the suburb of Riverton.
In addition to this contract, Diploma Construction (WA) Pty Ltd has secured a 4 storey mixed use development in Northbridge known as Ottimo.
The Riverton Shopping Centre contract for Stockland will be completed in 4 stages within a 12 month programme. Works include a 1 storey extension, refurbishment of the existing shopping centre and a car park upgrade.
The Ottimo project has already commenced and is being developed by the Match Group and consists of 23 apartments and 3 offices.
Diploma Construction (WA) Pty Ltd is currently completing other projects for both these clients and Diploma Group Limited Managing Director, Nick Di Latte said it is pleasing to see repeat work being generated, and further demonstrates Diploma's ability to complete projects on time, within budget and to the client's satisfaction.
