Digital changeover offered

PERTH-based Courtland Pty Ltd can help companies make the transition from paper-intensive commerce to electronic business, according to business development manager Tony Piromalli.

The company offers document formatting and delivery solutions using Optio Software.

Mr Piromalli said Optio could reduce costs by eliminating

pre-printed forms and labour associated with hand-burst and hand-delivered forms.

“With Optio, you gain intelligent rules-based processing and delivery of information without custom programming,” Mr Piromalli said.

“Optio DCS is a dynamic document formatting and delivery server, enabling automated customisation and delivery of application information for business documents, reports, cheques and barcode labels.

“The server intercepts and interprets data streams from ERP applications, formats the data and distributes it as required throughout the enterprise – without requiring expensive application reprogramming.”
