Davey to Centera

LONG-TIME Westralia Airports Corporation terminal project manager, Alan Davey, has resigned from the company to manage new project management and property development firm, Centera Group Pty Ltd. The company was officially established in late 2006, but only began operations this month following the progression of the airport redevelopment and its inclusion in WAC’s capital works program for this financial year. Centera will provide project direction to highly technical commercial projects, including airport infrastructure, freight and logistics precincts, heavy engineering and laboratory facilities and large-scale storage projects. Mr Davey’s role will be to provide project direction on a contract basis and mentor other project teams. He has worked for Perth Airport since 1989, primarily in the master planning and development of the airport precinct, and has recently been involved in building specialist terminal infrastructure.
