DNA was the subject of legal action by Australia’s domain names administrator, AuDA, and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission over the distribution of marketing material that resembled invoices.
AuDA, the ACCC and authorities in New Zealand have also previously issued warnings concerning the business activities of DNA managing director Chelsey Rafferty and his business partner Bradley Norrish.
