CURTIN Radio 927 will soon cease to exist following a decision this week to hand back its community broadcasting licence to the Australian Broadcasting Authority, due to a lack of funding.
The radio station has been in operation for 25 years and the university is currently in discussions with RTR, Groove FM, and new community station Capital Community Radio to offer similar services provided by Curtin Radio.
