22 year-old rigger Luke Murrie suffered fatal head injuries when he was struck by a crane that fell out of a pack of 16 sections being move by a crane in October 2007.
In the Perth Magistrates Court yesterday, the company's directors, David Patrick Majella Keating and Luigi Vincenzo Decesare, were also found guilty of breaching a section of the Occupation Safety and Health Act.
The Magistrate is expected to hand down the penalty in February.
