Horizon Minerals has completed the sale of its Menzies and Goongarrie gold projects to Kingwest Resources.


K2Fly has raised $1 million through a placement at 16 cents a share.


Cazaly Resources has completed the sale of 80 per cent of Mt Venn gold project to Woomera Mining.


Sandfire Resources has entered into a farm-in agreement with Auris Minerals, whereby Sandfire can earn a 70 per cent interest in Auris’ Cashman tenements by issuing 30,000 shares, expending at least $1.2 million on exploration, make a discovery of at least 50,00 tonnes of copper equivalent, and complete a feasibility study.


Jadar Lithium has announced a deal to acquire the Yamina gold project in Peru from TSX-listed Wealth Minerals for $100,000 and a 1 per cent net smelter royalty


OpenDNA plans to acquire digital marketing company and China market entry specialist Quality Brands International for $175,000 in cash and $491,667 in shares, with further consideration of just under $2 million contingent on reaching certain revenue milestones.

OpenDNA has also announced a planned placement to raise $500,000 at 3.8 cents a share.


Haranga Resources has closed its entitlement offer raising $427,206 at 3 cents a share. The company received applications for 2.7 million of the shares on offer, leaving a 12.7 million share shortfall to be placed by the underwriter.


Swift Media has arranged a $3.6 million convertible note debt facility.
