Anglo Australian Resources has $558,151 through a placement at 10.5 cents a share.
New World Resources has secured a four-year option to acquire 100 per cent of the Antler copper deposit in Arizona. The option can be exercised by a payment to the vendor of $US1 million. New World has also agreed to make the ongoing payments (totalling $US675,000) related to the target’s acquisition of two mining claims, as well as meeting minimum work and expenditure commitments over the duration of the option.
Prospect Resources has raised $968,000 through a placement at 20 cents a share.
GR Engineering has announced a deal to acquire Arizona-based Hanlon Engineering & Associates.
Quantify Technology Holdings has announced a $250,000 top up placement in addition to its $1.5 million currently underway entitlement offer.
Rand Mining has announced that it has completed the court-ordered sale of its 1,135,000-share holding in Tribune Resources.
Tamaska Oil & Gas has raised $510,000 through a placement at 0.6 cents a share.
AustSino Resources Group has completed a placement to raise $545,000 at 1.3 cents a share, complementing two previous placements on December 4 and December 20 to raise a total of $1.9 million.
